Tracy has 9 years experience of working in the consultancy field.  As a consultant, facilitator and coach she works with individuals and teams towards the achievement of their business and personal goals.  Her portfolio of work includes leadership, managing change, brand alignment, team working, customer service, as well as a wide range of interpersonal skills including influencing, coaching and presentation skills.  Clients include Barclays Bank, British Airways, BUPA, Camelot, Canadian High Commission, Ealing Borough Council, MACE Consulting, Le Méridien Hotels, Pepsi Food & Beverage International, TEQUILA and Vodafone.  Prior to this she had an eleven-year career in the airline industry with British Airways, followed by seven years in the field of Training and Organisational Development as a Consultant and Training Manager.  She has an MBA from Lancaster University (1995).  She is an NLP Business Practitioner and a licensed practitioner of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Firo-B – Oxford Psychologists Press, Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and EQ-i the BarOn Emotional Quotient Inventory.
