Jacqueline focuses on the voluntary sector.  Her experience includes strategy clarification, culture change, performance management, organisational development, leadership development, and change management.  Clients include WaterAid, Hope and Homes for Children and she is a pre-departure trainer for VSO volunteers.  Prior to consulting she worked for software companies, HSBC Bank, and the HayGroup with experience in both operational and senior management roles.  Jacqueline has also spent a year as a VSO volunteer strategic planning advisor in Bangladesh.  She holds a degree in Information Technology from Brighton University and completed a post-graduate management programme at Cranfield.
