Pam Kennett

Pam has been a consultant for nearly 15 years since completing an MBA in Human Resource Management at City University Business School.  Her expertise is in project management, competency frameworks and their implementation, leadership development and assessment.  Prior to working in consulting, Pam worked in management development and marketing in the City and in the public sector.  Recent assignments include developing and implementing new recruitment and selection processes for Opra and the Office of Government Commerce, a competency framework for the Learning and Skills Council and change management for BAA.  She is a member of the CIPD and registered with the British Psychological Society.
