Sara has been a consultant for 10 years focusing on individual, team and organisational development.  This includes expertise in helping businesses succeed through effective leadership and coherent people practices.  Originally Sara’s business experience was as a senior line manager, spanning a variety of organisations from large corporations to small start-ups, in fields as diverse as FMCG, IT, high street retailing and Further Education.  Sara has a BA Honours degree in Business Studies, a Masters in Human Resource Development and Diplomas in Coaching and Mentoring and Integrative Counselling.  She tutors on a range of accredited coaching and mentoring programmes up to Masters level.
