Doug Crawford

Doug Crawford has been a management consultant for over 20 years, following a successful career as a line manager with both Unilever and Rank Xerox.  Doug has worked with numerous national and multi-national organisations, in the UK, Europe and Africa, and has extensive experience of working with public, private and not for profit organisations. Expertise areas include employee engagement, work measurement, role profiling & organisation design, reward, performance management, leadership, coaching.  He has a BSc in Electronics from Cardiff University, an MBA from Durham Business School and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  He is an accredited NLP Business Practitioner and an experienced coach.
