Gill Graves

Gill has been working in human resources and development for almost 20 years, most of it spent in high tech, rapidly changing organisations.  Her last corporate role was as HR Director for the European and Asian operations of an American high tech company.  Five years ago Gill set up her own business focusing on enabling businesses, teams and individuals “discover their talent”.  Gill has a diverse range of clients including FTSE100 companies and organisations in higher education.  Gill is a fellow of the CIPD, has an MBA from Warwick University, is licensed to use a wide range of psychometrics including MBTI and OPQ and is an NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer.
