Martin has extensive experience in facilitating leadership, teambuilding and coaching workshops and also in organisation and role design.  He has worked professionally in Europe, Australia, and the Middle East and in Canada.  He coaches and works with Directors, Senior Executives and Executive Teams to help them focus on what they need to do to improve their performance.  Clients include Astra Zenica, Airwave mmO2, Bank of Ireland, Granada Media, Greater Manchester Police and Zurich Financial services.  Prior to consulting he played a significant role in the development of the UK cable and satellite television industry and became Head of Marketing for Thorn EMI’s satellite TV ventures.  He has an MBA from London and New York Business schools and is accredited in diagnostics covering MBTI, Emotional Intelligence and Leadership styles.  He has also developed several, web-based, leadership diagnostic tools.
